A negotiation is a formal discussion to reach agreement about an issue. It is an important method to reduce conflict, and to get things done. 7 tips for persuasion:- 1) Build an emotional Equity:- Build a emotional connection with the other person. Help him out, do your homework/background research about him. 2) Envision how the conversation will go :-Play out the conversation in your head.
